The final push to the biggest day on two wheels.
It's Wednesday afternoon, and tomorrow we'll be showing up in V formation with an army of people to get to work building up to the biggest day on two wheels.
We came to a self-realization recently: the integration of Skipstone's Growler into the fold of Levi's GranFondo is what we believe to be the current—and probable future—form of AMERICAN ROAD RACING. No structured team support cars. A rooted integration of nearly 1,800 additional casual and competitive riders partaking in one great big day of taking over bucolic country roads in a beautiful landscape.
We're days away from continuing this effort on our proving grounds right here in Sonoma County, California, and you are, or can be, a part of it—whether you're here in person riding for the pure joy of it, racing for glory, or watching from anywhere in the world as we point our lenses at the elite mens and women's fields of Skipstone's Growler Road Race and broadcast the action LIVE on YouTube for anyone to see.
No matter where you are this weekend, we're confident you're going to feel the ripple effect of what happens right here in this place we call home.

Bid on something incredible for King Ridge Foundation. Our small online fundraising auction has two items on the block: a new Cervélo R5, and a stay at the Residence at Skipstone Winery. Bid, share, spread the word. [Bid now →]
Take a full look at our schedule, but here are the highlights.
Friday is when things really start to heat up.
PAS Normal Studios leads a shakeout ride at 11:00 AM from the Windsor Town Green. Cervélo will host a happy hour and meet & greet with Simon Pellaud at their booth on the Town Green while we listen to live music from DJ Tom Inners, Gas Money, and Lowline Band. Then, once the expo winds down, the Sonoma County Bike Party and the North Bay Kruzers will host a street takeover from the Windsor Town Green—lights, lasers, bubbles, community. Grab your bike and ride.
Saturday is the main event. And it starts early.
Pick up your own packet. In person. You'll sign two paper waivers and show ID. No proxies, no friends, no partners—it has to be you. Pickup is at the Huerta Gymnasium, just north of the Windsor Town Green, either Friday during the expo or Saturday morning before the start.
You'll get a number plate and a timing tag. Apply them both correctly, or you won't be identified and your time won't be recorded. Our rider guide walks you through it—read it head to toe.
Find your staging flag before the start on Saturday. Look for the flags on McClelland Drive that correspond to the route you're signed up for. Your group lines up there.
Rider meals are across the street this year. Instead of importing food trucks, we're sending you to four participating local restaurants for to-go-style meals—same vibe, better food, a little walk. Details on our rider meals page, or just scan the QR code on your meal ticket when you get it.
A couple of days ago, we sent everyone who was already registered information about the particular routes that they signed up for. Here's a list of those briefings so that you can review them once more before the big day:
Family Ride Briefing • Piccolo Briefing • Medio Briefing • Geysers Briefing • Gran Briefing • Growler Briefing

We're really, really, really excited about this weekend. Can't wait to host you.
See you soon.
