CLOSED: Market Street
On Saturday, April 19th from 7:25 am to 8:45 am, the Levi’s GranFondo bike ride launches from the Windsor Town Green. As many as 2,000 riders will depart en masse along a designated route as they leave the Town of Windsor at the beginning of the event. This notice is to inform you of the specifics of the impacts that relate to vehicle and bicycle traffic.
CLOSURES
IMPORTANT: Neighborhoods along Windsor River Road and Starr Road may not be able to enter the roads between 7:55 am and 8:40 am.
RESTRICTED ACCESS
PLEASE NOTE: Emergency vehicles and access will NOT be affected by road closures.
DELAYS 7:55 am - 9:15 am:

Roads that will see noticeably increased bicycle traffic between 7:55 am and 6:00 pm on Saturday 4/19 due to the event will include the following roads in order:

AMPLIFIED SOUND NOTICE
Live, amplified announcements will take place at Windsor Town Green between the hours of 7:45 am and 8:30 am, and then again along with live music between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm.
NO SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC ON OLD REDWOOD HIGHWAY BETWEEN ARATA LANE AND MARKET STREET
ALL TRAFFIC EXITING OLIVERS MARKET SHOPPING CENTER MUST USE NORTHBOUND OLD REDWOOD HIGHWAY DETOUR
