Brennan Wertz, a professional gravel cyclist, is the 2024 U.S. Gravel National Champion. Born and raised in Mill Valley, California, Brennan has been racing gravel professionally since 2022. Before transitioning to cycling, he was an elite rower and won the U23 World Championship with the U.S. National Team. Following a rib injury that sidelined his rowing career, Brennan discovered cycling as a new outlet for his athletic ambitions.

Brennan has competed in prestigious events like Unbound Gravel and the Belgian Waffle Ride series, consistently earning top finishes. When not racing, Brennan enjoys exploring Marin County’s trails and roads near his hometown, where he continues to train and embrace his passion for adventure.
