Caroline Baur is a former professional cyclist who raced at the highest level with the WorldTour team Israel Premier Tech until 2023. In 2024, she embraced a new chapter, transitioning to a full-time role as Store Manager at the Q36.5 x Pinarello Flagship Store in Zürich. Despite shifting her career focus, Caroline remains deeply connected to cycling, now competing primarily in gravel races, with standout events like the Growler in the U.S. marking her road racing highlights.

Beyond cycling, Caroline channels her creativity into sewing and runs a small business, @cabadesigner, where she upcycles crashed cycling jerseys into one-of-a-kind pieces and bags. Accompanying her on every adventure is her beloved miniature dachshund, adding joy and companionship to her journey both on and off the bike.
