Courtney Sherwell is an accomplished cyclist from Bendigo, Australia, whose career spans multiple disciplines, including mountain biking, road racing, and endurance gravel racing. Her passion for cycling began with mountain biking and evolved into a multi-discipline focus, culminating in significant success on the international gravel racing scene. In 2024, Courtney achieved remarkable results in the Belgian Waffle Ride Triple Crown Series in the United States, securing 2nd overall and podium finishes in Utah and California against some of the world’s best gravel cyclists. She also claimed the Australian National XCM MTB and Gravel Championships, earning her a spot to represent Australia at the UCI World Championships in both disciplines.
Beyond cycling, Courtney is a qualified personal trainer, cycling coach, and artist who runs a side business creating pet portraits. She shares her life with her partner John and their Beagle, Emily.
