Hailing from the great white north, Mike Woods is one of the most accomplished climbers in North American cycling history. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Woods transitioned to cycling after a promising running career was derailed by injury, and has since become a fixture in the WorldTour peloton. His palmares includes a memorable stage victory at the 2023 Tour de France on the iconic Puy de Dôme, as well as three Vuelta a España stage wins—including his most recent in 2024.
